Who is Lenny the Lemur?

Lenny the Lemur is the official TinFoiledHat shop owner, mascot, truth seeker, and suspiciously calm keeper of the files. He runs the place. We just try not to ask too many questions.

What kinds of products do you sell?

We currently offer two main types of products:

Graphic Tees & Apparel — custom-printed on demand after you place your order.

Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit — a specialty novelty gift packed and prepared for each order.

Are your shirts made to order?

Yes. Our shirts and apparel are custom printed on demand, which means your item is produced after you place your order.

This helps us avoid waste, keep unique designs available, and continue making suspiciously specific shirts for suspiciously specific people.

Is the Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit made to order?

The Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit is packed and prepared for each order as a specialty novelty product.

It is not handled the same way as apparel, but it is still prepared after you order it.

How long does shipping take?

Most apparel, mugs, and print-on-demand items are produced after your order is placed. Processing usually takes 3–6 business days before the item ships.

Standard Tin Foil Hat Starter Kits usually process within 3–5 business days. Personalized Starter Kits or custom certificate orders may take 3–7 business days because they require extra preparation.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time. After fulfillment, shipping time depends on your location, product type, fulfillment location, and the shipping method available at checkout.

Where do your products ship from?

Products may ship from different fulfillment locations depending on the item, availability, and destination.

Apparel may ship from fulfillment partners, while Tin Foil Hat Starter Kits may ship separately by us depending on the order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are custom-made, printed on demand, or specially prepared for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, accidental orders, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, mislabeled, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Please check the Size Guide on each apparel product page before ordering.

Because apparel is printed to order, we do not offer free size exchanges, refunds, or returns for ordering an incorrect size. If you need a different size, a new order must be placed.

The Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit is a funny conspiracy novelty gift for truth seekers, overthinkers, flat earth uncles, bunker planners, and anyone who says “look into it” a little too often.

It is a one-size-fits-most novelty product packed and prepared for each order.

Can I return the Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit?

All Tin Foil Hat Starter Kit sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, accidental orders, personal preference, or because the item did not meet personal expectations after delivery.
