Thank you for shopping at Tinfoiled Hat. All of our apparel and gear are custom-made on demand. This means your order is printed specifically for you right after you buy it, which helps us avoid waste and keep unique designs in stock.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time Because items are printed on demand, your order goes through a fulfillment process before it is handed over to a shipping carrier.

Fulfillment Time: It takes an average of 3 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and package your items.

Fulfillment times may extend during peak holiday seasons or high-volume periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times Once your item has been custom-printed, it is shipped out via tracked shipping carriers (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on your location).

Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard transit times take 3 to 7 business days after the fulfillment process is complete.

Shipping Costs: Exact shipping costs are calculated clearly at checkout based on your delivery address and item weight before you finalize payment.
3. Tracking Your Order Every order includes full tracking capabilities. As soon as your items are printed and handed to the carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will automatically be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier tracking status to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Tinfoiled Hat has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
5. Delivery Responsibility Please double-check your delivery address carefully when placing an order. Tinfoiled Hat is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout.
